In the first month of doing my new program, I have lifted 24 days out of 30.

The measurements in every body part has gone up, although it may be hard to see in the pictures. I can clearly see a difference in my back, biceps, and butt. I am happy with the results so far, and I look forward to see the results after another month. This month I will begin to put in some running and see how it feels on my achilles. I have rested one month now since the season has ended, so they should be good to go!:)
