Can I bring in a friend to train with?

Yes you can! I offer special prices for PT duo sessions.

Is gym entrance included in the price for PT sessions?

The price does not include gym entrance, but the first entrance for a free consultation is free. We can then discuss price options for gym entrance that feels best for you.

What gyms do you do personal training at?

I train my clients at Drivkraft in Solna and ASK in Eskilstuna.

How often should/ can I do personal training sessions per week?

It’s up to you how many training sessions we do a week. I have a rule that I must see every client once a week so that I can keep my client on track with their training and nutrition. I have some clients that I see once a week and several that I see two to three times a week. We will come up with a training regimen that fits you.

Do I need any experience with strength training to train with you?

You don’t need any experience with strength training in order to start training with me. I will teach you proper technique for each and every exercise that will perform in a clear, and concise manner.

Do I have to be in good shape to start training with you?

You do not have to be in good shape or have a lot of experience with training to train with me. In fact, you don’t need any training experience at all! I am very experienced with working with people in all levels of training, from beginners to advance, and I will adapt the training sessions to match your fitness level.

What days/ hours are you available for PT sessions?

I work Monday through Friday changing days in Stockholm and Eskilstuna, and I am available from 7.00 in the morning til 19.00 in the evening.
