Initial Assessment: Thorough strategy consultation to map out exactly what your personal goal is and what we will do to get you there. In-depth discussion on your health, dietary, metabolic, training, and injury history, as well as your level of physical capabilities. After discussing everything above, I will then conduct a movement analysis to assess your initial strength and range of motion baselines.
Program Design: In designing the right training program, we’ll dive into every detail of your life in order to map out a successful program and ensures that you have the right tools to see success in the gym or at home. Volume, Intensity, and Frequency that match your goals, abilities, schedule, and priorities. Periodized training cycles to progress you properly towards your goal. Coaching that allows you to understand how to properly execute movements and getting the most out of the training while avoiding injuries. Specific programming detail to eliminate confusion and educate you on WHY this works (i.e. – order of exercises, number of sets and reps, tempo, rest periods, substitutions, and everything in between).
Customized Nutrition Program: Coaching is key here; we will work together to make sure your meal plan fits you and your lifestyle rather than trying to fit your lifestyle into a meal plan. This means we’ll be using a flexible dieting approach, while scientifically designing a program that is guaranteed to help you reach your desired body composition as well as optimize health and performance. Meal frequency and nutrient timing, individualized calorie and macronutrient targets, supplementation, fundamental health guidelines, and more… I use the science in an applicable way, to master the art of individualizing your nutrition plan.
Support and Accountability: This is the glue that holds the strategies together. We will have weekly contact to ensure your program is on point and progressing properly. You’ll have 24-7 access to me for questions, support, motivation, exercise critiques, adjustments, and more. We will have monthly online coaching meetings to help keep you on track… my goal is to customize the accountability to fit your needs.
